art projects - CROSSROADS SAKSALANHARJU
CROSSROADS SAKSALANHARJU ART COURSE FOR ARTISTS
The project CROSSROADS SAKSALANHARJU has started in summer 2009. This project is supported by different organizations. Artists will be invited to participate in the collaboration.
During February and March 2010 there are arranged special courses for artists who want to have exchange experiences to expand their international art network, and to get involved with new forms of art production.
The international artists participating in the project are supervisors for the
artists in the special course. They share their knowledge, experiences and
introduce the participants into their network.
Though starting collaboration with and in art works the participants will be
challenged to cross-border their own artistic boundaries, and explore new fields
of art to create new forms of art.
The course will help to promote the own art work by publishing on the internet
and to be part of the general promotion and final publication.
The costs for the course are paid by the NORDIC art project CROSSROADS
SAKSALANHARJU.
Artists can apply by sending an email with their CV and some images (maximum
400x600 pixels and 72 dpi) of their art works and an explanation why they want
to participate in this course.
