Every department of a company is a team in
carry out their order. Different persons with different background,
interests and ideas cooperating one task.
Just as they work together and be individual in the same time it is working
in the art programs of art centre Saksala ArtRadius. Art work is an
individual job, but the result shows the relation between the individual and
cooperative parts.
The end is a work that shows the power of the team. Able to respect the way
colleagues are express themselves and be curious to see new solutions and
different ways to finish a job.
The method of the art centre is very intensive and very satisfactory for the
participants. The level is high, the result is more than a simple
reproduction of clichés.

The workshops are based on the
artistic development of the participants. During half a day it is not
possible to change the way of working or give a manual how to create an
own image, but it is possible to give everyone a feeling what they are
able to do.
The results are interesting and have a high artistic level, which gives
a feeling of satisfaction.
The tools of creativity are universal and gives every person its own way
to look after solutions. Art does not give a recipe for 'the' solution
but opens areas where you can find them.
All the workshops are based on this principal.
It makes people more independent and open for new experiences, we all
need these days.
A half day workshop is a good start.
