Jolanda Schouten makes programs and series of art
lessons for schools in the region of Almere. Important is to invite teachers
to use art in the regular program in the class and to build up professional
skills to be able to give useful art lessons.

The Tony Cragg Box contents material to start a series of lessons with all
kind of material which is all around. It activates children to look around
and to discover and to test solutions with all kind of materials.
During the workshop, after the introduction, it was possible to take part in
practical exercises. One part hast to do with the colors you choose and the
other part stimulate the group to make together an installation with the
materials they brought with them.
As a final performance every participant took a place in the installation in
a way she likes the best. |
