  • FINNISH FOREST - SOURCE OF ART

In spring 2008 two symposiums in the LABYRINTH are planned:

INSTALLATION SYMPOSIUM CHILDREN'S LABYRINTH - (blue part of the LABYRINTH) - Spring 2009
    CALL IS NOT OPEN

WOOD/INSTALLATION symposium in the LABYRINTH - (green part of the LABYRINTH) - Spring 2008

    CALL IS CLOSED

In 2008 Arts Council Finland and Länsi-Savo have supported this part of the LABYRINTH symposium.
By their contribution it was possible to finish three installations in 2008.
The planning is to continue with more installations the coming years to combine art and LABYRINTH in an original way. The final result will be a unique place to have experiences with art in nature.

Curator of these symposiums is the sculptor Lucien den Arend living and working in Kangasniemi.
    A.I.E.S.M. manager for Finland.
