conditions exhibition
-the art work had to fit into the
concept of the art center
-a committee decides about
the application
-the art center charges 150€ per room of the
museum and/or gallery per month
-the art center charges 30% commission over
the sales minus 150€ of the rent
-the works are ready to be on exhibition
-the art center takes care of the opening
-invitations are send by email to directory of
the art center
-the artist can give a list of email addresses
of their own directory
-printed invitations cost 1,50€ per piece
including send out by post
-the art center sends information to the press
-the works are sold only by the art center for
the prices on the list of prices (including 30% + VAT)
-the works are insured during the exhibition

näyttelyn ehdot
- työn pitäisi sopeutua
gallerian teemaan ja
ympäristöön
- taidekeskuksen komitea
valikoi työt näyttelyyn
- taidekeskus veloittaa 150€ museon huoneesta
ja/tai galleriasta kuukaudessa
- taidekeskus veloittaa 30 % myydyistä töistä
(miinus vuokra 150€€)
- töiden pitäisi olla valmiina näyttelyä varten
(kehykset, nimi jne.)
- taidekeskus vastaa näyttelyn avajaisista
- taidekeskus lähettää kutsut vieraille /kävijöille
oman kutsulistansa mukaan
- taiteilija voi myös toimittaa taidekeskukseen
osoitekirjan ja e-mail-listan paikoista,
jonne hän toivoo lähetettävän kutsut
- tulostetut kutsut maksavat 1,50€ per
kappale (postikulut sisältyvät hintaan)
- taidekeskus tiedottaa näyttelystä lehdistölle
- ainoastaan taidekeskuksella on oikeus myydä työt
hinnalla, mikä on merkitty hintalistaan
(sis 30 % ja alv)
- taidetyöt ovat vakuutettuja näyttelyn aikana
