an art project with and in the forest

    process of installation

    installation in the LABYRINTH

The artist Marijke Bongers (the Netherlands) has been invited to participate in the second part of the WOOD/INSTALLATION symposium in the LABYRINTH ‘FINNISH FOREST – A SOURCE OF ART’. Her work will has started at the end of July.

The installation of Marijke Bongers is finished and with a little celebration in the LABYRINTH we all are happy with it.
Visitors of the LABYRINTH are invited to go through different paths to the place where it is silent and where it is possible to listen to the soft sounds of the hanging elements of the installation.
On the way to the installation people will find colorful stones as a sign how to go.
